Fishing Excursions
Welcome to Timberlost Outfitting’s drive in cabin rentals and fishing trips. Most of all our outfitting lakes are located near Chitek Lake, Saskatchewan. We offer a lot of different fishing and cabin rental packages and are really flexible and can customize any trip thats suits your needs. We have the outfitting rights on many good fishing lakes just to name a few are Chitek Lake, Green Lake, Shell Lake, and Huard Lake.
We just built a beautiful 2000 square foot five bedroom two bathroom lodge in 2017. Which is lake front on Shell Lake right in middle of the provincial forest. This camp is located about fifteen minutes north of Chitek Lake on the Lac Laclair road (Clear Water) and is very scenic and secluded, if you want that all to yourself kind of feel. The whole camp is run off a big generator and propane heat. It has a huge boot room, enough beds to sleep 13 people, dish washer, wifi, cell service, smart TV, satellite TV, washer and dryer.
We also rent out our Higgins camp which can sleep 19 people and located on a lake between Big River and Leoville. The camp is ran off a generator and is fully furnished, wifi, satellite TV, smart TV, wood fired hot tub, washer and dryer.
Our first package would be just if you wanted to rent the cabin and do all your fishing all on your own. We have a 3 day minimum rental for 400 a night based on 4 adults, then add $40 more per person/night if a child is under 3 they are free.
Boat Rentals
$200 per day for a 16foot Legend boat with a 25 horse Evinrude on a boat lift right outside the Lodge, this includes gas.
$50 per day for a 14 foot aluminium boat (motor not included), or a fishing kayak.
A fishing guide can be added also for $300 per day on top of the $200 boat rental. Maximum of three fisherman per guide.
Shell Lake has Northern Pike and Perch and Higgins camp only has Northern Pike. We have a few different options for your fishing trips depending on what you are looking for and can go to many lakes that are all within 20 mins of our lodge and fish for Walleye, Rainbow and Brook trout. We can supply a guide or a cook – whatever you would like, or if you want to do everything on your own that is also fine.
